Ottertex® Polyester Ripstop – Waterproof (PU Coated) & Water Repellent (DWR) – 200D, 4.1 oz

Ottertex® Polyester Ripstop is a heavy duty and lightweight fabric that can be used both indoors and outdoors. Sourced from 100% polyester fabric this material features PFAS-free FC0 polyurethane (PU) and durable water repellent (DWR) treatments, in addition to being reinforced with stitching every 1/8 of an inch vertically and horizontally. This makes the textile impermeable while beading and repelling liquids away from the material. In addition to being waterproof and water repellent, Ottertex® Polyester Ripstop fabric is abrasion resistant, easy to clean, mold/mildew resistant*, and tear resistant. Measuring 59/61 inches wide, this material is 0.25 millimeters thick, has a 140 GSM, and weighs approximately 4.1 ounces per square yard or 8.7 ounces per linear yard.

Use Ottertex® Polyester Ripstop fabric to create a variety of apparel, accessory, or décor items. Sew durable outdoor covers, bags, backpacks, and liners that benefit from its lightweight strength and water-resistant performance. It is also well suited for rainwear, windbreakers, and protective gear where flexibility and durability are essential. For home and utility applications, use it for storage solutions, equipment covers, or organizers that require long-lasting, easy-care materials.

Sold by the yard, or in bulk by the roll, shop Ottertex® Polyester Ripstop fabric online at wholesale prices today!

* Over-exposure to mold may overwhelm the fabric’s inherent mold resistance.
